The video is entitled "Mo Twister and Dr. Gan nilamas B--bs ni Mocha" which was actually a podcast of 'Good Times With Mo (GTWM)' hosted by DJ Mo Twister and Dr. Gan Montenegro last February 23.
And the sexy Mocha was their special guest co-host that time.
Dr. Gan did the breast examination to Mocha to check for lumps, which is actually doctors' way of detecting breast cancer.
According to the video description, it was the first ever breast exam in podcasting history and Doc Gan received a text from his wife (probably mad?) after what he did to Mocha.
