1. Stretch before you get up in the morning
* stretch your arms upward and your leg downward while still lying down in bed
2. Massage
* massaging yourself after exercises specially the knees, back of the knees, ankles, hip joints, base and upper spine
3. Breathe Deeply
* take a deep breath several times daily and stand erect.
4. Walk Outdoors
* do some walking everyday but rest when you get tired.
5. Take Sufficient Rest/Naps
* rest for 30mins. after exercise likewise rest for 15-30mins., once or twice daily.
6. Sleep Flat on your Back
* don't sleep curled in bed and avoid using a high pillow.
7. Stretch yourself UP, Whenever You can
* several times a day, pause and stretch for 1-2mins.
8. Always stand, sit and walk and think Tall
* chin-up, be convinced that you are tall.
9. Perform the Tip-Toe Exercise
* stand erect, raise your body on your toes then your heels as high from the floor as possible. Repeat until you feel tired.
10. Glass of Water
* upon arising in the morning and another an hour after each meal.
11. Wear Clothes with Vertical Stripes and dark colored
12. Back combing hair style
13. Always carry your head high
14. Should have 8 hours of sleep everyday
15. Must eat plenty of protein foods: meat, fish , milk, eggs, cheese and nuts. Also get enough Vitamin A and D and B2 such as liver, kidney, carrots, tomatoes, sardines, tuna and Vitamin tablets.
16. Take Vitamin 1,6,12 plus NIDO or Bearbrand.
17. Over eating clogs your digestive system. Avoid white bread and sweets
18. Avoid smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages
